Creamy Tagliatelle Recipe invented in 5 minutes

Back home from an office day, kids screaming, wife stressed, my mother upset, the kitchen becomes my refugium. Initially I thought about preparing spaghetti carbonara, but I could only find tagliatelle. It’s the same you would think, but it’s not.

Every pasta type has its very individual reason to exist. You can use spaghetti with different type of sauces, but some sauces taste simply better with bavette, lasagnette or fettuccine.

So here was my question: shall I prepare carbonara with tagliatelle? No. I was locking for a more fruity taste, something with a creamy tomato sauce.


  • Bacon Cubes
  • EV Olive Oil
  • Onion
  • Tomato sauce
  • Peas
  • Cream
  • Fettuccine or Tagliatelle
  • Salted Water
  • Two eggs
  • Muscat nut rasped
  • Parmesan Cheese rasped
