Just back from 2 weeks spent by the seaside in Tuscany. Very relaxing. And I wished I would have booked for one week more. What I appreciated the most: Our bungalow situated right by the seaside, plunged in a green park, the beach and the sea, the people – lots of families with kids … We met other Italians who moved to Switzerland like us. The supermarket with lots of fresh vegetables and fruits, the different Italian bars in beachfront where to grab an espresso in the morning or afternoon, the activities for the kids and finally food at the restaurants.
My favorite place is the Mistral located right in beachfront.
What I dislike: the service at the bars and at the Mistral is somewhere between inefficient and not very competent. But if you can just ignore this detail and enjoy the rest than take is easy and keep pazienza.
